Can bid and subcontract portions of the project's approved designs at any time. As the CMAR, Horus and the owner negotiate a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) which includes the Horus' estimate of the remaining costs of preliminary designs.
In Florida, Horus Construction has a continuing services contract with Hillsborough Community College and Broward Community College for CM @ Risk Services for minor projects. Horus has a Continuing Contract with Hillsborough County School District, and is Prequalified as a General Contractor (for Major and Minor Contracts) with Palm Beach County School District.
